Option B: 6 Personal Training Session and to include 4 Week Detox Plan is an additional €75.00
If you lack motivation or need direction, working with a Personal Trainer will help you to reach your OWN goals. These sessions can take place on your own or up to 3 people.
If fat loss & muscle toning is your goal, together we will look at your lifestyle and weekly food diary. If you are completely new to fitness and exercise, Personal Training will give you the kick-start you may need to incorporate exercise into your life on a regular basis. We will start at the basics and work our way through a tailored exercise plan to suit you. Your health and well-being will be my priority therefore my goal is to guide you into exercise, assist with techniques and keep you motivated. No experience needed – only requirement though is motivation! I can provide the tools you need but you need to be committed and remember WHY you reached out in the first place.
These Personal Training Sessions are based on your ability and level of fitness – with all payments to be made in advance.
