Timetable & Online Zoom

Due to Covid 19, we are currently CLOSED for a face to face Classes.  

At the moment I am running “POP-UP Zoom Workouts”  these happen randomly throughout the week – if you would like to be notified of these Workouts please email/message me with your mobile number and I will add you to the Beara Fitness WhatsApp Group. 

This Group is only for information on all activities within Beara Fitness – so you wont be able to reply or message me there,  but you can always Private Message me.  

For these Online Workouts you will need a weight (2-10kg – depending on your level),  a mat, supportive runners and your water.  The Workouts are designed for “Mixed Ability” so you work at your own level and pace . 

I will notify you in the WhatsApp Group when the “Pop Up Workout” is going to take place – then all you will need to do is book your session through the Booking Section on this website, you will add your Name, Email and Phone Number.  Then I will email you a link to join the Zoom Workout at the specific time .

Exercise is not only good for the body but also for the head – lets keep going during these uncertain times.
