Mixed Ability and Low Impact online workouts for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own home

You get to choose what workouts you want to take part in as they are suitable for all levels of fitness. During the sessions I will give you LOW & HIGH impact alternatives,
so you work at your own level and pace. If you are short on time, you can choose one of the timed Workouts or if you want to target specific body areas there are Workouts for
lower, upper and core. The workouts will have a focus on fat loss and maintaining muscle mass. With cardio incorporated into the workouts we will also be improving
your cardiovascular system. With specific workouts there will be an emphasis on improving strength, increasing flexibility, and creating a strong core.
With exercise incorporated into our life we will also increase energy, introduce better sleep patterns, and prevent stiffness.

For the Mixed Ability Workouts, you will need a mat: one weight preferably a dumbbell 2-8kg depending on your level, supportive runners, and water.
The Low Impact Workouts will be done standing and you will need; 2 weights 2-4kg depending on your level, supportive runners, and water.

The price for membership is €25.00 every 4 Weeks.

Membership expires after 4 Weeks.
